At a young age, Lindsey became enthralled with theater through movie musicals such as Mama Mia and Hairspray. At the age of ten, her mom married, and they relocated to Jonesboro, Arkansas. With a bigger community and more opportunities, she began singing in her local church, playing the flute in the school band, and performing in her school’s choir concerts. By the time seventh grade rolled around, Lindsey’s parents began buying tickets to the Orpheum in Memphis for every birthday and seeing every community show available. When she was fifteen, Lindsey obtained her first stage role as East in Jerome McDonough’s Asylum. After that, she was completely hooked. In her junior year of high school, she competed at the International Thespian Festival with her troupe, where they earned an excellent rating. During her senior year of high school, she was given the opportunity to stage-manage a one-act play that was taken to State. It was then that she fell in love with the technical side of theater as well as the stage. For her hard work and dedication to the craft, Lindsey was awarded the status of International Honor Thespian at her high school graduation.

Lindsey began her college career at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia during the fall of 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, she was exposed to many different and new ways of providing accessibility to the theater. During her time there, she pursued her stage management career, improved her acting skills, and gained new skills all over the scene shop. In her second year there, she was inducted into Alpha Psi Omega, of which she was an active member. She was also granted the opportunity to fly out to Baltimore to participate in the 2022 USITT conference. While there, she worked with the ADA and was able to learn new ways to make the theater more accessible for everyone. Lindsey then transitioned to Arkansas State University at the beginning of her junior year, fall of 2022. Throughout her time there, she discovered her love for directing, scenic painting, and playwriting. As of May 2024, she has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theater with an emphasis in Musical Theater.

Lindsey currently still resides in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is engaged to her lovely fiancé, Kyle Koster, and they plan on getting married in September of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys watching horror movies, baking, quilting, and reading an assortment of books.
